Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

It must. Be a Mechanical back pain while at work u can rest ur back against a small pillow and more over u need to have a foot rest in such a way the knee in sitting should be higher than the hip joint , mean while give hot water fermentation to the back
