Continuous Back pain
It has been 2 months am having back pain in lower back which gets severe whn I stand up after a while I was sitting for sometime...it takes am at least 2 mins to gets straight whn I stand due to pain I can sit stand directly...evn I can't stand for more than 20 mins and sit more thn 20 mins on my back it causes me severe pain...can u tell me am i having disc or its something else plz help vll it go on its own or its severe plz help me wth my query..

Hi , it’s not disc pain ,,what work you will do ?means your profession ,your athletes or IT or heavy worker lifting weight ? Anyway your suffering from 2month better to come for consultation and I will examine and I will advice basic investigation X-ray ,,.,its most probable muscular pain due to strain
