Bone & Muscle problems

I had met with an accident in july 2017. A bike hit me from behind while i was walking. There was serious damage to the right foot. I had undergone 2 surgeries one at the time of accident and then after 4 months for the removal of screws. I was in complete bed rest for 4 months. Even now i am feeling a stiffness on the toe. When i consulted my doctor he is saying that this stiffness is good. He is saying there are chances of arthritis. When i asked whether to consult a physio he said no. There is change in my walking style because of this stiffness and people are noticing it. Need an opinion on this situation Thank you

Does emergence of the rib cage happen or appear at the age of 14/15 ? And why ?

Not exactly a back ache but sometimes I feel sudden pain near near the right shoulder blade. I can feel it for a brief amount of time and it comes very rarely like once or twice in a week. So am planning to take a scan just to be sure that everything is normal. So please suggest me which scan should I take. ( Might not be related to this issue but please note that I sometimes(again rarely) feel pain near heart and very rarely breathing issue like unable to breathe for a second or two is also there) Please confirm if I have to worry about it. Thanks in advance.

Can untreated internal trauma wound cause or lead to tumor or cancer ...I have an incident 1year back which lead to green dark bruised on my left side of chest upper abs to upper left side ribs ...after 13 month pain come and go I have stop my Work out And I have drop my weight too due to moderate pain for safety reasons I was weight at 83kg And right now I'm at 74kg my height is 5feet 8inch.

Hi there! I am feeling pain in my knee for like more than a week at a specific angle. Whenever I sit idle for few minutes and stretch or bend the knee it pains at the same point and for a few seconds it pains after that it's OK. It's not that something is inside the bones of knee but I think it's kind of wound because whenever I physically touch, it pains as well. P.S: I was playing badminton and it was started. However I didn't notice it much because I thought it's nothing..

Dear Sir, I had my fingers fractured due to accident and was treated with K wire surgery. After the removal of K wire I have post traumatic stiffness in my right hand ring finger. And I am unable to bend or mobilise the finger. Currently undergoing wax therapy for the same. During physiotherapy the finger gets some mobilisation and after 15mins it's goes back to its stiff form. I can't get the range in the particular finger. Please refer the X rays taken during accident and take before 2 days Seeking for an expert advice
