Bone & Muscle problems

My left knee feel quite heavier and it takes little extra efforts to move my left knee while walking, Is it because of plate and screw in my body?

I injured my ankle during a game of Tennis and later got to know that it was a ligament tear. The pain subsided for a while but now is re-surfacing again. Pls help

I have a ligament tear on left ankle on 21st Feb and consulted doctor who adviced to follow RICE method and gave pain killers, tablets to reduce swelling. I am using now air casting/boot from April 1st,still there is no improvement.

Hello, I m facing health issues from past 4 months, I usually have severe headaches & feel extremely tierd and have severe body & joint ache... I get slight cough along with sputum  & I go breathless it's happens everytime... And also I have lump near diaphragm (fatty lump may be) but its too painful and I often feel its  swollen & I Carry this pain everyday... From past 1 week I feel my stomach is heavy and bulged.. Pls lemme know whom to consult and how can I take care of my health... Thanks

Team, Last week 3 times i felt numbness in my left hand while sleeping. I had neck pain also today.

I am not able to bound my right hand completely, therefore i can't lift heavy things. my left hand work smoothly no problem at all. pls suggests the doctor.
