Back bone problem
Currently I'm 40 year old women. I'm unable to walk without support. Sensation of underside of legs is more. X ray shows gap in l4 and L5 disc of backbone. Is this serious? Please suggest me.

U can visit a nearby physiotherapist who can give u lumbar traction followed by IFT for the back and will teach you exercises which u need to follow kindly wear a back support and avoid lifting heavy object and standing for a longer period of time
