Bone & Muscle problems

Due to bike accident, my foot came under the bike and main target pressure on 1st MTP joint (big toe twisted). I cannot walk now even after 48 hrs, its paining when weight is put on it. xray shows no evidence of crack/fracture . I am following RICE approach giving full rwst to my foot. Please suggest some exercises to avoid stiffness and get muscles back in action and how much time it will take fully heal amd walm normally.

I have been suffering with sciatic pain ..It hurts so much .. how can I get rid of it

My 3rd metatarsal in left foot got fractured and there was ligament stretch in right ankle. I was in half plaster for 1 week and full synthetic plaster for 6 weeks in left foot. In right foot crep bandage was there for the same duration. Now plaster and crep are removed 12 days ago and I have started walking. I feel some pain at first time and it gradually goes down. But it occurs every first time I start walking. Also sometimes I get sudden jerks while sleeping and I feel pain in the respective foot . Recently after getting a jerk, I am feeling little bit pain in right foot where ligament stretch was there if I move my ankle more and sometime while walking. Please let me know whether this is normal and how can I get relief from pain after getting jerk as I can't control things while sleeping. P.S.  I am doing exercise for both feet and keeping in hot and cold water as advised by doctor. Thanks!!!

I have ACL tear in my left knee, can continue going to gym or yoga??or any kind of physical activity??

I am getting pain in down side of right leg buttock some times. It is with me for a days if I do bike kicking, sit for a longer time. Why this?

My wife is facing leg swelling issue near ankle. It's because one day in bathroom her leg slipped. What can be issue. She don't face any pain while walking or even running. But if we touch at ankle then little pain is there. This swell is from last 5 days

I have this jaw problem for 6 or 7 months. My problem is when I yawn, eat, drink or even laugh too much my jaw hurt only on my left side. At first I thought it was lock jaw because if I moved my jaw too much it would lock up. But I don’t think lock jaw last for months. My jaw still can lock but it’s not as often now it’s I can’t open my mouth as wide as I want it’s a lot smaller than before. I’m asking because I’m concerned. Also even when you touch my left side (right below my ear) it hurts.

Corticosteroid injection i got in my wrist today bcoz of carpel tunnel syndrome so plzz tell me that in how much time this injection helps to recover this pain its urgent

I've had Right hip joint pain for 2 months. MRI says 'Osteomyelitis with septic arthritis, likely by koch's infection'. Its been 1 week I've started Antibiotics ( R-cinex 600/ Combutol 1000/Pyzina 750). How much should I rest/walk/walk in sunlight (or not?)/any excercise? Also i am vegetarian, anything i should eat or not to eat?
