Does My Knee have a serious injury
I recently (Wednesday 4/11) was dancing at practice when I hear a loud pop/snap in my leg there has not been any bruising or swelling at all, nor any redness. I was able to walk on it the rest of Wednesday but was unable to for a few hours the next morning. Today (4/13 ) I am able to walk and put wait on the leg as well as twist it without hearing noises/having pain. I am still unable to fully bend my leg, and if my leg is jarred it does bring back a tiny bit of pain but nothing I am unable to b

It a ligament tear or meniscus injury unless u take a MRI and confirm can’t rule out mean while for swelling keep ice pack for ur knee joint don’t strain much like walking need to give rest
