  4. Knee injury. Me to cure the knee injury!

I'm a sport person. 1 year ago while playing kabaddi I met with knee injury . After 2 months it has cured and while playing volleyball again I met with same problem . After 4 month again I met with same problem that is yesterday. Please help me to cure the knee injury
