  4. Knee injury. Now this time is 4th one!

I was dancing and my knee get twisted and now it is paining during movement I got this same injury 3times and now this time is 4th one

Generally it's not happen again again untill u got medial and lateral ligament tear ....get a MRI done immediately . otherwise this can lead to severity
