Also why does my lower back hurt and how come it gets worse to the point i struggle to breathe when I pick up any sort of object

Why does it hurt when I pee while I'm on my period it also hurts in my lower back and it gets worse if I pick up a heavy object

It's injured and Some problem on standing over one hour.. problem on Run.. It's pain in any hard work.

Pain in my right wrist. This morning I slammed my breaks and seemed to strain my wrist against the steering wheel. I have been in a lot of pain since. It does not appear to be swollen but hurt te s when I turn the steering wheel or twist in any way. I have been using ice. Wrist support and taking ibuprofen.still very sore How long should I wait before seeking medical attention.

My Mother is having frequent body pains. As per the advise from my relative we have taken a vitamin d test and it shows vitamin d level as 12.71 Ng/ml. Appreciate if you can provide a good solution. She is not diabetic or not under medications. Her pressure is usually in the  100/150 range. Had removed uterus in 2012. No sugar or cholesterol. Body wait around 65 kg. We resides at Kottayam.
