Two days back I got my vitamin D levels tested. The report says it is 13.46 pls advise how to increase the levels

I had a very small injury in my right hand 2 weeks back. At that point I got swelling at that place but soon it got relieved. However I still feel pain on and off while twisting my wrist or picking some thing from that hand.

I am suffering from lower back pain near the end of vertical column. I have delivered 2 children age 8 & 5 years.
