8 months ago in a basketball tournament my ankle started hurting but I carried on playing for the 2 days later I saw my right foot was swollen (I didnt twist it at all) a bit of bruising barely noticeable and it hurt to walk, I went to the hospital a week later and they thought it was a stress fracture so they took a X-ray and nothing showed up on the X-ray so they said I sprained it so I rested for 3 weeks did a few strengthening exercises and then wore a brace for basketball after the 3 weeks of rest for a few months and the odd times I was in pain but now I’m in pain when playing basketball and walking so I now had to put my brace back on and I don't know what to do even though I have taken paracetamols and tried icing my ankle but none of these have really helped

I got a calcaneal fracture in left ankle. Accident happened almost 2.5 yrs back but till now swelling and pain is there. I have taken various treatments and physiotherapy including laser treatment but no relief. Pls guide and help me, I am very disappointed by all this.

Yesturday remove cast had calcaneal frature 6 week cast.now swealing and pain also and feel difficult in walk ..

My.knee.suddenly started paining badly after fever and I approached.doctor he said may be sinovitis how far it is true

I am 41 years old male. My wt. is 94 kg. I have pain in both knees. Stronger in left. Possibly knee arthritis. I am walking for average 3 kms per day from last 20 years. I want to ask can I cycle daily. I am interested in e bike in which motor assists in pedalling. Will cycling hurt my knees in long term?
