I am having survey back pain since last 3 days...cant even get up from bed.what should I do... should I visit aurtho or neauro... should I go for MRI test..

Been having legs pain for months and in lower back today legs hurt really bad around knees are blue and lower back too says it feels like veins are hurting too have a history of high bloodpressure 180/120 knees are cold to touch

Dear Sir/ Madam, My mother has been experiencing pain in her fingers and palm since a couple of weeks now. Even after a couple of visits to a GP and some pain killers, the pain hasn't subsided. I would be highly obliged if I could know what could be possibly the reason for the pain and which doctor (orthopaedic, rheumatologist, etc. ) should I take her for an examination? Hi I met with an accident 5 years back and my right knee ligament got nearly complete tear and a small crack on bone had happened. As docter suggested, it will be healed without surgery, I took rest a couple of months in plaster and after another couple of months physiotherapy, i got back to normal. But still I had a slight pain on my right knee or some times both knee. Later I forgot about it. Some times I uses to take weight and do climbing stairs and used to take my 2 year kid and walk. But I never feel any snap or dis location or discomfort apart from a very small pain sometimes. Right now I am thinking to go for an excersise in morning. I would like to walk and run. So can I do it with this injury? Will it make something worse? I have heard about after acl  tear there is a chance for arthritis. Will this excersise help for that? Please advise some tips if running and walking are fine. Please find the attached MRI report for more details. Thanks in advance, Jithesh.

I got operated for ACL on 19-03. Even after six weeks of operation, my doctor is not allowing partial weight bearing. Partial weight bearing will start from Monday i.e. 42nd day. I'm still on knee brace and supposed to keep it for 1.5 month more. It's kind of frustrating now. Physiotherapy is also limited to simple knee bending and muscle strengthening and SLR. Please suggest me what to do.

I twisted my ankle today. I tried to apply Relie spray and a crepe bandage and taken local pain killer as well. But I am facing a pain while I am moving or even standing. Any diagnose I can do by myself or any medicine for speedy recovery sir???

My father has recently gone through a THR surgery. Its been a month already.does he require to take a machine based physio theraphy or normal pysio should be enough?

Was diagnosed with AS in 2009. Have been under treatement since then. Taking medicines SAZO 1000 and Adtrol Plus, voveran sr 100 as painkillers. Since last week having excessive pain in the left limb starting from lower back. As long as the painkiller effects are there its fine post that its becoming unbearable. Please suggest me as this is very much unbearable now.
