I was sitting in a hammock with my girlfriend, her foot was on the inner side of my thigh. After a long period, I felt numbness in my leg. after a moment the numbness was reduced to only the frontal skin of my leg below the knee. And now, after three days, It is still numb.

I've been having calf tightness in my right calf only for about a month or a little longer now. It is uncomfortable I have tried stretching it and things, nothing seems to work. Any suggestions on what it could be?

It's one month post my ACL surgery, surgeon told me he has fixed the graft very tight & I will have to do physiotherapy to get my range of motion.My leg bends slowly taking 4 mins to reach 90 degrees, during this stretch exercise I can feel the graft getting stretched inside my knee, then my leg gets free. But when I keep my leg straight on the bed for 10 mins it gets stiff & takes 4 mins to bend. I am doing stretching exercises daily.When will my graft get flexible & stop getting stiff frequent

I was playing football 1 week ago ,bare foot and I got hit by the other player's football shoes (studs) I can walk but can't bend my foot when I pray as it pains a lot n I feel there's a helium.please help me I'm missing my prayers and Ramzan is also upcoming.thank you.
