Hi I have been having some knee pain Im very active and it’s been going on for about a month and sometimes it feels like my knee is burning and most of the pain is at the front of my knee and the outter part of my knee some days are better than others. Sometimes it keeps me up at night but I can still run and jump with the knee pain for the most part. Any idea what I should do?

Lately I have been experiencing a lot of joint pain in my hips and legs. Also, I have been experiencing extreme nausea and vomiting in the middle of the night.
