I am shocked what should i do now , my true age is 18 and why did the examination showed me so old ?? They took elbow joint xray and pelvis joint xray . What should i do now ?

Sir,My ortho doctor has prescribed me Tendocare tablet BID,Meloxicam OD for one week to get rid of left knee joint pain.Can I have Vitamin D3 60000 IU once in a week and Shelcal 500 daily?.My age is 41 and I am on a 1500 calorie diet for last 6months.And I am jogging regularly for 50 minutes per day.My current medication is Febuxostat 40mg OD.. Kindly help me to know whether I can take Calcium tablet and Vitamin D3 Capsules or not? Thanking you.Regards,
