I do regular exercise everyday , run around 5 km everyday from last 6 months .. Many of my problems gone now due to regular exercises. . But from
yesterday I feel like my old problem is back .. had a problem waking up in the morning and putting the feet on the floor begin to walk the pain gradually subsides When I get up from the seat after some time feel some tightness ,pain in heels hurt till I walked for a few, heel pain terribly initially and as after steps i feel some comfort
