Quadricep tendon tear
I tore my quadricep tendon and need to know how long the injury can take to heal. Also how I can rehabilitate it at home.

Just do gentle static quadriceps exercises. You might need surgery if the there is a near total or total tear of the quadriceps tendon. Get a ultrasound or MRI to confirm that.

It will take you 6 weeks to heal following which you need to do physiotherapy over a period of 3 months to recover it completely
