Bone & Muscle problems

I have upper arm pain in my hand near shoulder from where we move our hand upward. I have shown to doctor but no help. It might be muscle spasm. Please help what to do

When my friend's mood is getting off, I try to convince him but he used to getting more angry with this, what should I do ? My all effort had gone fail when I try to convince him. I am so fed up with this?

Having back ache,unable to sit and stand after sitting.I feel like my backbone is nt supporting me to stand.have to wait first to bring my body in comfortable position after standing,only then i can walk further.facing problem while moving ,standing after sitting ,lifting anything,while sitting facing severe back ache.Please advise.

I was operated on hip on March 25 and my recent x-ray was also fine so my doctor has told it's no issue for travelling and it's the 45th day today and I have no pain in operated leg but pain in the sound leg in same area fe.mur neck,can this be due to pressure on sound leg,i am walking normally but little hopping.attached is recent x-ray and till what duration  is the physiotherapy done at home

Hello, I had an accident 41 days back in which I had a fracture in my right MT 1,2,3 ,ankle, knee and right wrist. I had a plaster n support for 40 days which is removed yesterday and my foot and wrist is put on crepe bandage. My questions: 1. Shall I remove the crepe bandage before sleeping? What if I twist something 2. How is crepe bandage helping? 3. For how many hours I can keep it off in day like while bathing ?

I was not knowing of attachment of files now I have attached my post dhs x-ray and doctor said it's fine and I am travelling out of country and are there any precautions and till when should I continue the exercises
