Bone & Muscle problems

My mri of left shoulder says gleno hummeral mild joint effusion but i have a pain in biceps and shoulder not constant but during particular movements and also when i wake up in the morning, i have taken tendocare and sallaki for 1 month and also undergone ultrasound and ift for 10 days the pain has reduced but not really cured, can we somehow remove the effusion and pain.

My Grandmother have leg pains every time,She is 65 year old,Test report is uric acid 6.6 level and calcium level is 8.4%,Which medicine she take for recovery...She has no sugar

I have been suffering from back pain for the last 4-5 years. I have eaten many medicines but my back pain is not going well. Whenever I stand constantly in one place, my pain starts or else I get 100 - Even if I have to walk 200 meters, my pain starts, my pain is from the back to the whole right leg whenever the pain is a lot of trouble. Tibia fracture surgery is done 2 months before. I am doing exercise like knee bending, ankle pumping, lifting leg up and down . Can I do any other free exercises like rotating leg, dragging the leg on the ground frontward and backwards. What other exercise I can do for tibia fracture

I fell 3 months ago while carrying a heavy bag and my ankle twisted and swelled and it painted a lot, considering it a simple sprain I just put a crepe bandage over it and took some rest but when it didn't got much better in 15 days I consulted a doctor he initially prescribed a medicine (I lost the prescription so can't mention the name) and rest. But again even after 1 month I was suffering through pain and had sweeling so the doctor said that it could be cured by applying plaster . So I had the plaster for 21 days with a multivitamin tablet prescribed by him but still even after 10 days of removing plaster it is as it is. So I would like a consultation as to what to do next so that I can cure it completely and permanently.
