After ACL surgery bending knee becomes difficult and repeated exercises everyday increases the bend from 50 to 130-140 degrees What is the science behind bending difficulty and knee stiffness, why it happens? How does exercises makes it better?

I m 29 yrs old.last month I met with an accident.i fell down from my bike.that I bend my right leg severe swelling and pain. I took medicine and physiotherapy for 2 weeks.day before yesterday I consulted with a ortho surgeon.he told me to take MRI scan.he said to do surgery for ligament tear.I went to other doctor he said no to do.only excercise.

Sir, Is full thickness of acl and near complete tear same thing or different? I am not sport person. And I am not very actively use my knee. Can I manage with full thickness near complete tear without surgery? Can I have an option of conservative rehabilitation? And what are the differences of results of conservative rehabilitation and arthroscopy?

From last 3 weeks I am feeling mild but continues pain in my lower back (top side of right hip) the pain is radiating down to right thigh as well even sometimes to leg also. Tried rest as well as some exercises but no improvement. And two days back in the morning felt intense pain in middle of back(unable to bend down). Took some pain killer which relieved pain in the middle back but no effect on the mild continuous pain. I feel pain during sitting on chair. While walking and sleeping its ok.

I have lost like 0.5cm of my height... And i have just noticed by looking into mirror that my one shoulder is slightly above the other.. Can this be the reason of losing my height...

I was operated on hip with DHS a month back and I am able to bear weight and walk with single crutch but there is swelling and pain in operated leg,as my doc said it will be there till the bone heals,i have pain in both leg pelvic muscles which feels me like a current shock while walking.can a cold pack be used.d o x-ray show fracture heal status

I fractured my 1st matatarsal bone 7 days ago when I fell down the stairs. The Xray showed a little bit of the bone that had chipped away but was still attached. I was given crutches but I can walk on the foot well with no pain. I was not put in a cast or a boot. I was advised to wear a tight trainer to support it. The foot is still bruised and slightly swollen but not painful. Can I stop using the crutches if it is not painful? Can I return to work? Will walking on the foot aid recovery or not?

I hv problem with my back pain. At wrest in middle of spine continues pain is there.its day by day increasing.please help me out with best suggestion.

Moderate Lower back pain from thigh to toe to left leg from the year 2010 and comparitively lesser pain on right side since last year and slight burning sensation at the bottom of the foot.
