Bone & Muscle problems

From past 3-4 days my left arm is paining while moving my hand to upper side and sometimes it pains in rest...Pain is more in upper arm...and sometimes mild pain is felt in back upper back also...and after moving hands while walking pain increases and sometimes pain is felt in left side of chest also...I doubt of something related to heart...What would be the problem??

Broken thigh bone been 9 weeks now starting to get about with one crutch .. Nearly walking on my own.. If I keep doing these exercises will the limp go away

I keep getting knuckling sound from my both knee's, when I do sit-ups from past 2-3 years, and sometimes it pains badly, especially when its rains or in winter season. the pain feels like the bone is paining but not the muscles. I'm in NCC and I have to do more physical works and will it affect my ssb medical examination.....

Today i was travelling in a small public vehicle. It was a busy day so the vehicles were loaded with passangers. I got such a seat where nobody sits usually. The seat was above the level of other seats in the vehicle.the roof of the vehicle was also low. So to prevent myself from being get hit on the head i had to bent my body down. All the journey of 2 hours i bent my vertebral coloumn /backbone like C shape that way. When i reached home it was paining in my back. Is the pain ok? Will i suffer from bone disease? Will my nerves that goes through my vertebral coloumn get harmed ???

I have been chest pain from 2 months with arm discomfort and extreme tiredness i had several ecgs and an echocardiogram they all came back normal but still i am having chest pain which is atypical i cant describe it sometime shock like sometime pain happens in ribs while pressing it is more severe i am so worried about it i cant live normal life due to it

I'm from delhi. 23years old girl and I am faking very abnormal pain in my knees from 6 days. I haven't walked much after the pain started the pain keeps moving in different points limited to my both the knees, sometimes the pain move outer side of the knees sometimes on the symmetrical point of my knee once the pain reached to my tibialis anterior  from my knees. It's been 3 days since I started taking few medications which included vitamins D,B and maybe calcium prescribed by a doctor i consulted but it seems like nothing working. He said that I don't need to go through a test as I was not injured though I fall straight down on my knees 30-35 days before my pain started I can't properly It hurts sometimes even in bending the knees.

Injured 1 month before.....this is my mri report .Findings- Moderate to severe sprain seen in acl involving anterolateral fibres with increased laxity of ligament. low grade partial tear cannot be ruled. Adv. Clinical correlation - Moderate joint effusion seen with supraplical extension. Grade 2 signal intensity in posterior horn of medial meniscus. Now I can walk but cannot squat. Walking is not as proper as earlier.

I broke my foot 2 months ago and just got off the walking boot yesterday , after walking on my foot today for the first time it’s stikk painful, is that normal?

Got acl and miniscus tear. Grade 3.wants to get surgery done asap through mediclaim.how much time will it take to recover fully. Active sports

I fractured my 1st matatarsal bone last week. The Xray showed a bit of the bone that had chipped away but was still attached. I don't have access to the X-rays. I was given crutches but I can walk well with no pain. I was not put in a cast or a boot. I was advised to wear a tight trainer to support it. The foot is still bruised and slightly swollen but not painful. Can I stop using the crutches if it is not painful? Can I return to work? Will walking on the foot aid recovery or not?
