Bone & Muscle problems

MY Shoulder joints make sound like rubbing with each other and right shoulder makes loud knocking sound. There is knocking sound in hip joint also.

What type of food is best to recover from this position soon. my bone density is low as well. also please tell me what should i do or shouldn't do to in my regular routine..like walking.. sitting..excersice..

It's been 45 days of my hip DHS surgery ,now from 2 days I have pain in my thighs till the pelvic region like muscle catches.numbness in pelvic region,I don't have pain in operated area but pain is like skin pulling type pain,how to reduce thighs pain while walking and hip bone buttock pain not able to distinguish how to tell.

About a year ago i met with an accident where an auto's side hit directly on my right knee joint while I was sitting back on a bike. No bone fractures were diagnosed but partial ligament tear was indicated. I have tried support bandages and physiotherapies but none have helped me eradicate the pain completely. There is pain in my joint while i walk and running is not even slightly possible. I have rigorous daily activity and i used to be a footballer. I have attached the recent mri scan report given on january this year.

While driving bike I have pain on ma neck and shoulders , and sometimes can't able to lift ma hand too coz of pain . What will make the reason !!!! Help me out

My father is 71 yes old and suffering from dry gangrene in his left toe, his 2fingers have been cut off due to this problem, but still there is lot of pain and is not heeling, he is also dietetic since last 30yrs, and we are under observation of Dr sandeep kumar in Lucknow, surgeon in astha hospital but the problem remains same, please suggest what to do..
