What is the cause of pain in muscle after fracture in bone near knee. and how to reduce this pain, I am not in condition to stand or walk by my foot. and what should my dieting plan to heal my injuries as soon as possible.

Hi, i feel all joints of my body are loose. I dont feel elasticity at joints, in some parts while sitting walking i feel bones making small sound. What is wrong , my jaw is also loose and one jaw showed to have Osteoarthritis now other jaw condyle also got loose. Please help me what is wrong , i dont have any pain anywhere. wht should i do ? While cleaning the house with a broom, I was in a bending position. The moment i straightened up, there was a popping sound in my lower back and severe pain. I sat with cushions behind and applied Volini. It has been 2-3 days but the pain is not subsiding. The movement is restricted. While sitting and lying down its fine but the moment i bend even a little it pains.
