I have been facing a problem in my right shoulder pain from last two months

I got accident from rickshaw more than 1 month(42days ago) and iron wheel stumb on my left ankle .I had also small fracture in my left leg but that is fine now. Truma doctor suggest that my ankle may require surgery later. My mom apply natural home remedies on my ankle but.My ankle is swelling and still painful when I try to take a footstep. Plz

On Tuesday night I fell straight on to my bum and now it hurts right in the middle. Not only that my back hurts at the top left and all across the lower part just above my bum, my right hip also hurts and I’m unsure what to do. I didn’t put my hands down to stop myself and landed with my back straight.

I 36 yrs can not move properly my right leg n hand since four month after strok .i can walk n move hand but not properly.so may i know how long it take to b as earlier i was?
