Pain around knee cap?
For the past 3-4 days There's a sudden onset of pain and tenderness around kneecap that seem to gradually worsen. I had no such pain till just a couple of days ago but now it's too painful to even climb stairs or any elevated platform.
I didn't even have any injury or accident as I've been under bed rest for the past month or so from some other sickness.
Prior to that and even just till just a 1-2 weeks ago I was a pretty healthy individual that had no problem even running up and down the stairs or even weighted squatting.
Could anyone tell me what it could be?

Sudden onset of pain in your knees could be coming from your back.
Proper examination would help
