  4. Heavy neck pain. Any serious?

Dear sirs, Yesterday I will ride in my bike and met an accident. I was slipped and heavy pain in my neck back side and stomach area. Even I have not eat any food today. I will meet a doctor, and he will get a pain relieve injection and X-ray too. Any serious?
