Bone & Muscle problems

Good evening Dr, I need some suggestions to help overcome this pain.. I have severe pain in shoulder and left arm till elbow. No history of diabetes only hypertension. It is very painful everytime my arm moves, shoulder pains.. I have done ultrasound and dr prescribed painkiller.. physiotherapy is painful... Can I use support or sling? I am unable to sleep.. jerks or sudden movements are giving immense pain.. attaching pics.. please suggest if I need any supplements Thank you

Hello Doctor, My 6 year old kid is complaining back neck pain since 4 days, he has just started the school with carrying the bag and traveling through bus, some time he slept in Bus. We went to orthopedic and he did the xray and xray shows the straight spin instead of curve spine. Doctor said it can be because of pain or it can be disc bulge which is rare in kid. He has prescribed ibugesic for 3 days and calcimax syrup for 1 month. I have attached the xray for your reference. I am bit worried about his condition Please suggest.

I am suffering from weakness in my upper and lower limbs, I have done my mri scan It says partial obliteration of subarachnoid space at c3c4 with mild impingement Do spine surgery can be done for this according to guidelines

I am facing pain in bottom of foot near ancle area for last 10 days. But suddenly from today it has become more painful. And feeling pain while walking and moderate pain when in non mobile function.

Mu dad had a knee replacement surgery in both legs but the right leg with a joint with a tibial stem and now he has so much pain what should we do to the pain ?

Dear Sir, I had ankle twisting on 26-Apr-24, hairlined crack on navicular & talus went undiagnosed initially in Xray, I carried out regualr activites untill 15-May-24, I used to have pain & swelling during acvitiy time and subsised at rest, I got MRI on 15th May and seen undisplaced fracture on navicular and little on talus. As per local doc suggestion I took ankle brace and non weight Bearing from 15th May to 14th Jun, Doc suggested try to walk normally with light activity,, and I'm just trying to walk lightly, but still I'm having pain over the ankle arch area during walk time... should I need to continue walk or is this pain will subside  gradually or should I need to go further investigation? will it become non union ? I want to get out of this pain as soon as possible. Almost from last 45 days I'm facing this concern. Attached  xray report of 14th Jun, MRI report of 15th May.

Hi Doctor If I walk or jog my legs do pain badly so I stopped now i start going for swimming now right leg from this it pain after coming from pool with the leg pain i am unable to walk for long distance can you please help me what to do Please do help me with any antibiotic
