Bone & Muscle problems

I'm 45 years old suffering from left SHOULDER PAIN THE PAIN STARTS FROM THE BACK OF THE NECK,COVERS MY ENTIRE SHOULDER N GOES TILL MY FOREARM.THE PAIN IS MORE WHEN I SIT.I HAVE TRIED ALL PAIN KILLERS BUT NOT HELPING ME.SHOULD I TAKE THE HELP OF PHYSIOTHERAPY. WHAT IS IT.MUSCULAR SPASM OR SOMETHING ELSE.PLZ HELP ME OUT.FULL 8 DAYS HAVE PASSED ON.

I fell on the stairs in sitting position. My coccyx region is paining. The pain is like something is pinning me. The pain is more when i stand from sitting or sit from standing. I can't sit normally. When I'm walking there is something uncomfortable. On the skin there, a small bruise is present (which we usually get on hands when something hits us). I went for an xray today. The doctor told me maybe the pain was due to muscle stiffness. She prescribed me HIFENAC MR . She told me the xray was normal. I need to confirm. Please take a look at the xray

My mother has stage 4 knee arthritis( osteoarthritis ) and we are planning to replace her knee. Can anyone guide me which material has the highest longevity and say after 20-25 years (she is 55 years old) she doesn't do the repeat surgery then what are the complications she might face and can we skip the repeat surgery? I am asking as she also has renal problems and with age she might not be fit to do a repeat surgery so will metal cause any issue if we dont change it and let it stay inside?

I feel pain in my both heel bone from last 3-4 years. Whenever I sit for a long time and stand up then the pain starts and not able to walk . I have started walking 5km/ day still pain occurs in my both heel bone .

I fell down on the stairs and i got hurt. The pain is in the coccyx region. It's difficult for me to stand from sitting position or to sit from standing position. Its difficult to sit normally. It's even to difficult to turn or bend. I'm scared that it might be something serious. From feb 2024 I fell down the stairs 3 times. First time i had ankle sprain. Second time it hit my upper back and the pain comes when i turn side to side in bed. This is the third time.
