I have acl grade 1 sprain and mild degeration of right knee...pain was not much bcz I have restrained my activities also my vit D is 4.6 for which I am taking medicines But after doing pysio for 2 days i was getting mild pain but day 4th day was right knee started paining badly and swelling was there. And exercises I was doing was very basic and I have no problem in left leg while doing those exercise infact it feels stronger bcz now when I am wearing brace in the right knee ..my left leg is handling the pressure well I am in a lot of pain Can't understand why basic exercise is making knee painful . The doctor prescribed me to take saaz 1000 mg 2 times, But the medical store didn't have saaz ds 1000mg so I took saaz 500mg . Can I take 500mg 2 tablets at a time?

Dear Sir/Madam, Since some months back(approximately 3-4) i was suffering from mild pain from back to right leg, when it becomes fever and severe pain from back to right leg i saw a orthopaedic surgeon he suggested me to MRI and MRI results are-: OPINION 1. MR images revealed altered signal intensity involving D11, L5 vertebrae and sacrum with small presacral soft tissue component on left side, most likely inflammatory/? tubercular. Further evaluation and follow up advisable to rule out any other possibility. 2. No significant compressive lesion detected. Then doctor refer me to Neurosurgeon then he started my spinal tuberculosis treatment but my question is that i have infection in left side but having pain in right side and other question is after taken medicines one and a half month why still have severe pain in right side leg from back to some above and some below portion? please suggest. My wife aged 48 Yrs , 64 kg , 5 fit 5 height has got little pain in toe nail. Few days back toe got hit with table and little pain started from there . Finding little difficulty to walk . Today she find yellow pus coming out of it . Have attached photograph . She is healthy & does not have any medical issues as we got regular health check up . BP , Sugar etc all normal Kindly advise treatment/ medicine
