My skin grafting was done in hune and i started walking just 15 days ago and now i started working . But my foot is getting swollen badly i dont know why, can anyone advise me the solution

My 25 OH vitamin D level is 5.16 ng/ml which is very low. Please suggest me supplements to take for this.
