I've got Fifth metatarsal bone fracture I've got my surgery done today wanted to know if there is any improvement from the 1st surgery to now

Doctor gave me vitamin d3 60k once a week for 8 weeks but no other vitamin along with it.Do I need to buy vitamin k2 and magnesium tablet my own for better absorption.

My mother got TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT surgery done 2 days back. Now she is having pain and numbness in her foot. Upon asking doctor he said its a side effect of total hip replacement surgery sometimes u develop foot drop problem but it will get cured with time. We are really worried is it really a side effect or a medical negligence? Please guide

I am a HR professional, staying in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Recently for the last few months, I have been suffering from back pain. At the initial phase it was just a normal pain but then recently just before 3 weeks my lumber spine portion started feeling heavy. I started feeling uneasy to sit for a longer time. My right side of my hips started hurting gradually. I feel the pain of getting sudden shock on my hips if I try to move in bed while laying, just like electric shock. And one day my thighs felt like it was burning inside. What can it be? Whom should I consult further? Attaching my x-ray report for better reference. Please comment. I got 2nd,3rd,4th & 5th metatarsal neck foot fracture. I completed 10 weeks, I took treatment by crepe bandage. Now I can walk without support and pain is also not their. I removed crepe bandage as advised, but still swelling is their on foot. When my foot will look normal (without swelling), please help me

Had chondromalacia patella 1 year dd physio excercise for few months stopped sometimes I will do. Recently took xray . Report normal iam having pain.. both knees since 1year pain is mild on and off. 10 days pai n is severe ..dr said to take mri .. is it curable?? Physio excercise how many days to do . Regular excercise can I do fir 30mins atleast. Beginner level apart from physio. Or should I avoid regular excercise if so how many months ? Can I do regular excercise like jumping Jack's pushup mountain climbers knee to toe touch side leg raiser arm circle shoulder abs crunches glutebridge, sidetwist. Hi, I have been suffering from lower back pain for the last couple of days. I had some pain killers but it didn't help much. So I visited an orthopaedician today. The doctor prescribed some medicines and some physiotherapy. But I have to get the physiotherapy from a nearby clinic since the doctor's clinic is far away from my place. I am attaching the prescription here. Just wanted to understand what are these physiotherapy exercises and what might be the cost of these per session? Thanks in advance for your time.

I have pain in my left knee where I was diagnosed with meniscus tear 2 when I did MRI scan in June 2023. I had a injury and 32 stitches on my left knee due to cycling when I was in grade 8. But after that everything was fine until I started practicing yoga and pain started in left knee so I did the MRI scan . Now I wear knee cap but sometimes I get a lot of pain when I walk a lot,or have to bend my knees. I have attached my MRI scan report.Please help me .Thank you in advance.
