My Knees are always paining even when in rest position. Ankles also pains when I walk for more than 30 mins and it becomes unbearable.

After two months of working out, the pain on wrist increased so I visited another hand specialist. The doctor asked me to get an MRI. I've attached the MRI report. The doctor said I need a surgery to fix this. Mentioning that there is a complete tear although in the report it was mentioned that there is partial tear. For three months I let it heal naturally which it did but not completely. I visited another doctor and he suggested SCP to fix. I did the procedure and it's been one month and I still have pain in the injury area. The pain has reduced by a lot but I still can't workout without pain (I tried to do a pushup and it pained) What should I do?
