I had lot of pain in my upper back and it is mostly in my back muscles which are connected with my hands. Few doctors says that I had cervical spondylitis...but I don't have any pain in my neck regin...just having tingling and numbness in hands at night.

Please get an MRI thoracic spine with whole spine screening to diagnose if any lesions/swellings/pathology in spine- if at all is there can diagnose it early and treatment can be done early
