I fell down 30 days before I'm able to walk but pain the right leg side hip and knee . Pain is more when gas is formed in right side . Plz suggest is their major issue or concern

Respected sir/madam, My mother P.Nagamani has been suffering from neck stiffness since last 1 month.She has been unable to turn her neck sideways,look upwards and downwards .She has to look straight only most of the time failing which it results in a lot of pain ,she took some diclofenac pain killers prescribed by doctors but there is no improvement.Can anyone prescribe good medications or ointments for the same ?

Respected sir/maam, My name is diptiranjan (31),my right leg tibia and fibula bone was fractured in may 04 2024.then doctor operation me on.07.04.2024.Treatment Details :- Under splnal anesthesia, Closed reduction and Internal fixation by (TIATANIUM) Interlocking nailing Done for fracture Right Tibia and flbula fixed by (TITANIUM) plating done and posterior slab given. my doubt is how long time it's need to be healing properly and may I mastrubations during healing of my bone fracture? Severe pain from neck to head backside very uncomfortable any medication for relief, I am putting neck brace in the evening to feel better but now have problem while sleeping also, do I need a Dr or go for physiotherapy.

I had a knock knee surgery about 3 years ago. And I have notified that there is a hard small lump on my surgical scar . Should I worry about it or it will resolve on its own.? Also if I left that untreated,what can be the complications? Please help me with your suggestions as I will be moving abroad for my higher education in next two months.

While walking sometimes my half body (left or right) mostly right side feels like falling, when this happens I cannot walk straight, it mostly happen when I have something in my hand that's is light. Also my right shoulder is lower than my left shoulder and my left body side is weaker then right side, it's create a lot of problem in gym exercise (I am beginner). Which specialist should I consult for this?

Swelling in right hand, have done various tests, fracture is ruled out, latest MRI shows Mild to moderate intra and periarticular fluid seen in all compartment of wrist joint with synovial thickening and patchy marrow edema - likely chronic synovitis changes. Diffuse skin and subcutaneous muscle edema is seen around wrist and hand with intrinsic muscle edema seen in hand region 7 infective etiology /7 Inflammatory, Mild fluid collection is seen along tendon sheath of flexor and extensor tendon - likely mild tenosynovitis.

I have extreme heel pain when i stand up.It also pains when I sleep. Please suggest something fir this

My body left side is lot weaker than right. Also my right shoulder is little lower than left, also my shoulder is in inward direction not straight, it's create a huge problem in exercises, i also have past incident when a water bucket fell on me when I am only 6-7 months old. Maybe atlas get dislocate. What should I need to do now.

My mother fell on temple stairs the injury seemed to recover when she slipped on the wet mud but did not fall and somehow managed to balance but seems to have impacted the earlier injury. We performed MRI attaching the report. Please advise on further course of action?
