Bone & Muscle problems

I have been facing Back Pain for about 3 years. I am taking medicine as mentioned but still it recovered 50% only as I sat for a long time the pain at the lower back and in the Left leg continuous. Can you suggest me what to do . Please help 🙏

The entire right side of my sternum is little protruded as compared to left side.I never noticed it until I got the severe pain under my right breast and that pain persisted for 2 years. USGs came out normal and finally HRCT was done if there was something wrong with my lungs. HRCT also came out normal but showed presence of sternalis muscle on right side which is a rare muscle. I am in severe pain for past 3 years. Can this muscle be removed ? Note - the pain started during lactation and never went and causing disability now.

I have knee pain in both knees,dr has said it can be meniscus tear (probably grade 2) once i sit on floor,i feel sharp pain in both knees and my knees suddenly become unstable if i walk..dr told me some knee strengthening exercises but my pain has increased just after doing them for two days,what should i do? I hurt my back in 2021 while lifting since i have had been having back pain. Been through a lot of therapy, medication, steroid injection. Although the pain is now management i have major pain in my tailbone and can't sit for long. But recently i have noticed my clothes fit me a little weird. It feels like my body is lopsided. Images show that my spinal cord is not exactly at the middle rather it is little to the left. Should I go to a doctor?

Hiiiii... My brother is 30 years old...two days later he fell down on floor.... On that time he stood up on its own... Yesterday he got fever and also platelets count decreased... Last 2 days I feel hand joint and leg joint pain without fever and body tired don't know why it's happening suddenly what's is this I don't do gym like activity also is this normal or any serious problem most pain at left hand joint and left leg joint plz help me
