Bone & Muscle problems

I am having leg pain especially the foot area for 2-3 weeks. If I use any ointment then the pain goes away but otherwise it's regular pain in the foot area. What to do?

I had surgery with a titanium implant on my left distal radius in 2017, which was removed in 2021. I recently fractured the same bone on July 18, 2024. One doctor recommended an ORIF procedure, while another suggested ORIF with bone grafting. What is the best course of action?

Hello doctor I am 29 years old I have 2kids now for 3 rd baby we are going for IVF my embryo transfer is there next week past 20 days am suffering from neck pain and left shoulder to hand pain so my doctor suggested to do mri so I done mri test let me is it everything normal my embryo transfer is there next week am attaching the report.

Dear doctor my husband age is 32 today he came to know that he have sacralised L5 ( muscle cramp happened so went to hospital and did x ray so it came to know )) doctor said its birth defect, as of now he didn't get any backpain . So in future anything serious about this?and now this sacralised is serious,, ? Any operation needed?? Attached x ray below

Dear doctors I had an accident on 13th July . My left hand ring finger fractured . On 15th finger was operated , and k wire was put inside finger. On 20th my dressing changed . It looks good from outside. And doctor not moved or rotate  the injured finger and just same dressing done. Yesterday I felt very itchy back side of palm. There were many water boils  so I opened dressing at home  carefully and wht I found little blood over bandage when stitches are there. So I put some ointment on skin and again redressed but little numbness tingling I am finding arround on injured finger and other fingers. But no pain and injured finger is in  fixed position even not tried to rotate. Why blood ooze it means infection. New skin is formed over finger.
