I fell down my x ray was normal .but there was a pain in my right leg heavy in the nights from buttocks to foot of my leg . Pain is more more severe in my upper hip when gas was formed . Whats the problem plz suggest.

Next week have endoscopic spine surgery Question After surgery still not able to lift weights as normal person do Not able to sit in floor? Can I able to run fast ? Can I go gym again? Able to bend forward?

I am having lower back pain since last few months. Visited for multiple doc consultation with the hope to get some suggestions for physical exercises or physiotherapy for betterment. But no doctors are suggesting me to do physiotherapy at the moment. Docs are suggesting me medicines including gabapin nt 200mg, etova mr, hcq 200, myocomp etc. should I avoid physical exercises now?

During playing badminton my ACL got completed torn I just want to ask it is necessary to do the surgery If I don't what would be the consequences

I had ACL tear months back after few months of medications and excercise it is normal right now,no issues while walking and playing any sport but, if i go for hike or trek more. I feel pain in the same knee. Is this normal or should i go for MRI again or should i go for surgery?? Please suggest me.

My mother is having shooting pain from buttock to the foot in the right leg. We did the ex ray and it is diagnosed sciatica. She is too much in pain. We have been recommended some pain killers by the doc and generic stretching exercises but no relief. Please suggest something. She is diabetic too.

She had a fall and hurt her right shoulder joints. Initially it was having more pain while raising hand and other hand movements. Consulted doctor and he suggested to eat medicines and use pain relief etc. He ruled out any dislocation or bone issues after a few days and asked to continue medicine for 2 months. She is also taking physiotherapy which gives some relief but pain stays. Wanted to know what could be the issue and how it can be cured permanently as it is 7-8 months now and the pain is still there.
