I have been facing a sudden sting / burn on my upper spine. This happens randomly and lasts for few seconds. I am not exactly sure why this is so. Is it because of some nerve stretch or other underlying problem.

I am suffering from lower back pain past 1 month. I tried sleeping on mat but still not reducing. It started aching after i started going to gym. Not sure whether it came because of gum or for some other reason Though i stopped gng to gym still it is paining

I am experiencing pain below the neck, between two shoulders, in line with the spine. As soon as the pain starts I feel a little burning sensation in my lower legs. I feel a little sleepy as well and concentartion level drops. When i look up and also when i move my hands back to stretch, a popping sound is generated. Also every time when I rotate my head in anti clockwise direction i can hear that popping sound. I feel uncomfortable in my joints as well if the pain at the back is little severe. Also i feel dizziness sometimes when i travel in car. The pain is exactly at the location i mentioned above. Its like something heavy is stuck at that location.

She is suffering from Knee pain since 2 years. And orthopedic doctor suggested some physiotherapy exercises and said that there is a fluids between knee bones has been reduced. She is suffering from synus headache and migraine. And taking BP medicines. What to do i can't understand. Plz can you suggest any precautions ,
