I have pain in my neck from past 2 months constantly previously i was unable to recognise but consulting a doctor I came to know that is cervical spondylosis since I am a student I have to study for long hours and pain is pinching e like anything Can you suggest some immediate pain relief remedy

do Xray of cervical spine to exclude spondylitis. Consult orthopaedic specialist. For headache let her take one tablet of crocin 500mg sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets per day. Check her Bp. Consult for further advice.
