I am suffering from this left side shoulder. Arm & chest pain since 6 months.. which is getting cronic now days.. i did my all cardiac evaluation which are normal. Please guide me

It's becoming too difficult to write 3-5 pages at a stretch because of severe wrist pain.

Serve pain in knees and legs ,doctor says uric acid ? but in urea seman report show normal test value i.e 34 .please suggest its too much pain not able to walk or stand .

I am experiencing A.C joint pain in my left shoulder for more than 6 months and diagnosed with 11% uric acid and arthritis (MRI). I have started taking febustat for the last 20 days and my uric acid level came to control (3.5%) and I have controlled my eat and alcohol consumption . There is no improvement in my shoulder joint pain but actually got worsen as my entire spinal cord is also paining in addition. It's paining for the entire day dispite the pain is bearable I couldnt work in office and couldn't workout... What actions should be taken Doctor pls help me
