Bone & Muscle problems

I'm feeling uneasiness in little finger of right hand might be a muscle stretch or vain, actually i had went for 5 to 6 long calls last week holding reciver for around 3 to 4 hours n longer period working with computer n mouse Can you suggest what to do

I have lower back pain for last 2 years and recently i have developed continuos pain in left leg. i got the MRI done and it shows some problem. Report attached. Please suggest the course of action. Is sugery avoidable?

Sir, i had met with an accident on nov1-2017..  So i had compound distal femur type 3 fracture with intra articular extension.. There is a plate & 9screws inserted & its been 8 months & im not getting movement..  so doctor recommended me to have a soft tissue release surgery called quadratic plasty..   So my main question is will i be able to get full movement right after the surgery?? or it still takes some time to get the movement after the surgery???

NOT able to sit ,If sit then not able to stand up.Pain towards left side only.IN Standing situation no pain.If my lower back left side try to move then pain generate.

My right knee is having a slight clicking sound. This problem I have observed when I used to keep my Engineering book (2-3kg) on my knee when I used to study cross leg and sitting down. The knee ache is not unbearable but I can feel that the bending freeness is not that much. Means a bit uncomfortable I can feel at the knee joint.

I'm having pain in chest bone.i do various excercises like stretching theraband with hand, spine extension etc. It had occurred earlier also probably due to planks. But it got ok after sometime. Now it's hiring again. I am guessing it's because of doing some excercise. Not sure. Location of pain is above breast, in middle of chest. Can feel pain on pressing.

My father's legs suddenly swelling ankle and its upper joint nearby area ... What's should be it's reason? His age 68 now
