I was diagnosed with Osteopenia when I was 18 years old. My doctor has, since then, put me on medicines and supplements. I have heard that weight lifting helps in improving the bone density. Can osteopenia be reversed permanently? If yes, how? If no, what is the best that we can do?

I just met with and accident and I’ve been advised to go for an immediate knee replacement surgery. I have come across people experiencing a few complications after the surgery. I am also afraid to go with this procedure. Are there any knee replacement complications that I must know about? I need to know this ASAP to go ahead with the procedure fear-free. Thanks!

My mom's having a leg issue not from birth but at the age of 18 or 19 she was ill and doctors putted the injection at the wrong place so she have a pain in her legs till now. And the problem is dif with me i have a pain in my thigh area i can't even walk propery. It looks like one leg is bigger than second one and i have sharp pain in my feet area and right side thigh's area. So stretching will help?

I have knock knee problem. Because of which I have problem in walking and a constant walking creates pain in the ankle and heel area. And it's quite painful.

I have been suffering from upper back pain for 4 months.Reason is due to massage I took when I went to a falls. I have suffering a chronic condition.
