My mom's having a leg issue not from birth but at the age of 18 or 19 she was ill and doctors putted the injection at the wrong place so she have a pain in her legs till now. And the problem is dif with me i have a pain in my thigh area i can't even walk propery. It looks like one leg is bigger than second one and i have sharp pain in my feet area and right side thigh's area. So stretching will help?

I have knock knee problem. Because of which I have problem in walking and a constant walking creates pain in the ankle and heel area. And it's quite painful.

As aforesaid I have ligament injury in my right knee. I want know that without surgery it can be cure? If not, kindly suggest best doctor in delhi for ligament surgery.

I'm 18 and stress fractured my lower back when I was 14. I was told it healed right and is fine most of the time. However, when I run or make a sudden rotation of the shoulders I get spasms in the same area for a week. I don't want it to be this way my entire life, what should I do? I might add that I lift weights and it never bothers me when or after lifting weights for some reason. Only when running or suddenly rotating does it begin to spasm for a week.
