Without doing warm up I balled 3-4 overs in cricket in morning time, my right side lower side have pain I able to do everything but in sleeping and bending it hurts

A lot of pain has been observed in hips,legs thighs continuously for 3 month.. i am phd scholar so need to sit 12 hrs a day which is increasing my problem a lot. kindly give a solution

I am suffering from left knee pain since 4 months. Had MRI done today. MRI report states - Bone marrow edema, minimal joint effusion.

Mother having problem of "lumber canal stenosis"she can't walk more than 300metrs and can'nt  be standup for more than 5-10min. she were taken pain killer injection for last 3yrs in every 6-8month.now injection not responding in pain relief. Doctor has suggested below prescription now. Pregabid 50mg (2times) Dupact 40mg (1time) Mecobal of 1500mg(1time) Transcript (SOS) is it safe or will be there any chance of  improvement thru this medicine. Should I go for surgery is it safe in this age ? MRI report attached.

I was suffering from ligament injury then i had an operation 3 months ago . Now i m feeling relieved but there is still a swelling . What should i do now And i also want to ask that can i start running or jogging in this condition??
