I have lower back pain since 6months I have been diagnosed with l4l5 broad based disc bulge narrowing left neural foramina My pain is in lower part like 1inc above butt cut Is l4l5 disc located there? I have lot of back pain and leg pain butt pain hip pain

From last two or three months randomly i feel a mild pan im right hand wrist and also a sometimes little bit swelling from beginning i didn't take any medicine or any pain relief lotion or a gel. Could you please help suggest me a prom or treatment

Hi there, Outer side of my knee witnessed an falling impact on the ground while performing plyometrics pushups and then followed by collosion in autorickshaw's interior near knees while on bad roads due to jerks that was a kind of series of unintentional actions happened yo me a year and a half ago. Then i consulted a doctor who advised me Xray and then there was nothing abnormal in xray so i was advised to take Calcam300 kind of calcium tablets, i had it for 4-5 months but even that didn't worked. I ignored it and moved on but now i feel like that issue has caused referred pain to my ankle also, i feel burning sensation around ankle while i place feet on ground and my outer side of knee pains lilbit after walking few kms of performing squats/lunges. Can anyone help me out there, i stay in sewri and i can also start treatment after root cause is diagnosed and it would be hlpful if any doctor is available nearby.

I am a person of 46 years old male. I am having diabetes . I am having shoulder pain for past 3 weeks. I have consulted doctor and taking medicine but still pain is present. I did not take part of any heavy burden on shoulder. Please kindly suggest how to relieve from the pain.

I have a tight neck and neck pain. There is also pain at the base of the skull and upwards. Find it very difficult to read or write by looking down. Did a xray of neck couple of months back, results were normal. I do feel minor jerk like movement in neck at times. I also experience a fall like sensation towards front or back while standing straight. What could be causing this and whom should I consult next?

Right knee,right wrist swelling and pain.left heel also has pain. This problem persists since childhood.kindly advise for medicines. Thanks.
