For how long I can take vid d capsules ( bondk 60k)? I had been prescribed by doctor earlier around two years back but again I got test done and my readings are 21.

I had woken up one day with a tight feeling in my little finger, as I went to stretch my hand I noticed I could not fully extend my little finger as it became very painful and still tight. Lately I have also been having a shooting pain from my elbow to that same hand as well as experiencing a bit of weakness in my hand. Is this all connected to one problem?
