After 6 days of ACL surgery I noticed in morning that my feet is swollen little and pain at the stich sides of the knee. I m staying very far away from the operating surgeon n his mobile is switched off. Plz suggest what to do

I'm 18 and stress fractured my lower back when I was 14. I was told it healed right and is fine most of the time. However, when I run or make a sudden rotation of the shoulders I get spasms in the same area for a week. I don't want it to be this way my entire life, what should I do? I might add that I lift weights and it never bothers me when or after lifting weights for some reason. Only when running or suddenly rotating does it begin to spasm for a week.

She is having back pain for past 2 days need assistance near my house, Unable to do household work at home.

I feel a strange vibes in my both hands while doing work. Whenever I ride my bike or hold anything I feel numbness in my hands and at times I feel pain too. Please suggest.

Sir I have heel spurs in both ankle and also rise of exrra bone in my right ankle.and my right foot is deflected outward when I am walking.my right knee is hyper extended when my walking.so can you suggest me is spur are regenrated after surgery.

I am having pain above right knee from past three months, I consulted doctor for the same. She told it is early stages of osteoarthritis. I took three days ultrasound therapy for knee. Even though , the pain was reduced only 40 percent. Before starting the pain, I had fell down 8 months back. But the pain went way within week. I am not understanding whether it is due to osteoarthritis or due to injury, when I fell down. Please suggest me any home remedies or other suggestions. I am very disturbed and depressed with this pain. Is it anything serious.

I had done right ACL surgery on 13th jul 2018. Doctors said quadricep exercise but I am unable to do it coz after trying harder just little vibrate near thigh. Plz advise how to do it and for how many times a day. Any more physio related advise plz

I am using chest binder as i suffered 5 broken ribs. for how long a day we should use chest binder in case of broken ribs?

Small finger in leg is little bend and it touches the other finger...which causes uneasy Ness though it's like that since birth but can I correct it's bend.
