What should you eat if you have osteopenia?
I am 57-years old, a male and I suffer from osteopenia. Along with this I also have low BP, diabetes and ulcers. My doctors suggested me medicines and exercise to cure my osteopenia, however, due to my poor health I can’t manage everything. They even emphasized on the maintenance of a good diet so can anyone tell me what should I eat if I have osteopenia? Please take into note my other health complications as well.
