Bone & Muscle problems

Hi I have been have having knee pain from last 3 days and it is not going .basically I am having pain while bending my right knee and  sound of the joint is coming whenever I lift my right leg..

What will be the daily life after total hip replacement. I was diagnosed with this problem in oct 2017. Now i am not feeling any pain just a small pain while uplifting the left leg. its on stage one and report was saying there is 15% nicrotic area you have in left hip. I did MRI in oct 2017 only and I am on homeopathic medicine since then. plz suggest.

Chronic achilles tendonitis since a year. What is the treatment you offer for this? Have tried hot and cold water treatment.

Had a fracture in heel bone 1.5 years back. Doc installed plaster. After the complete recovery I have continuous pain during pain. Unable to walk on toes. What should I do. Doc says it is permanent disability. There is no limp while walking but pain. What are the possibility of me leading a normal life.

Hi, I woke up one day with sore neck (mostly caused by wrong posture). Pain was really bad and I couldn't move my head at all but it eased away significantly in 2 days and I got on with my daily life. The problem even after ~7 months since that day is it has still not gone completely and I always feel a tinge of pain when I try to move my neck diagonally sideways. Its primarily in the back side of my neck and almost at the lower end of the backside of my head. I also hear cracking sounds when i try to do a movement exercise (rotating my head  clockwise and anticlockwise) Could be something serious? I am a management consultant and spend almost 7-8 hours daily infront of my laptop. Occasionally play badminton and go to the gym 3-4 times a week(mostly only cardio).

I have pain since last 3 months in my Heel, generally no problem but when I touched it or it may be hit some where I feel more pain, kindly suggest.

Sir I do weight training every day.but recently I feel pain in my elbow due to tricep exercise and the elbow joint look like a small ball.its looking very bad.how should I get my previous shape.
