Bone & Muscle problems

I have lifted some heavy weights on 3 weeks before. Normally, i don't have any pain. But if i lift my head up and turn left or right side, it is hurting inside (chest or back flesh). i had visited a doctor and she gave medicines also. Still, it is hurting in the morning while sleeping. I can feel some gastric kind of problem inside. It is reducing when after went to wash room (Toilet). Please suggest which doctor i need to consult for problem "Cardiologist" or "Pulmonologist"

I have a pain in my left side. It's tender to touch and i haven't pooped in a couple days. when I walk i can feel the pain in my left side still. it's very painful. do you think it's constipation? or something more serious

I am suffering from left Knee Pain and inflammation. Local Ortho Dr opinion is Arthritis. He prescribed Etorica-P twice daily and Macpred-4 twice daily for 10 days. Also advised rest for 10 days. I have High Blood pressure (142/93) and taking High BP drug regularly. Is above 2 medicines safe in taking?
