Bone & Muscle problems

I have pain behind knee for 4 days. I can't bend my legs fully nor stand comfortably. Every time I walk I feel that pain in my legs. I got the pain while playing basketball. I can't dance too. If I sit for a long time then the pain isn't there but just then when I stand I feel that pain and I feel like my leg is paralyzed. The pain is in the left leg. The place where it hurts the most is back left corner inside of the knee

I have a leg pain that happen sometime when I am walking or standing still. It rise from the left leg toward the left side of lower back and stays there. I m having left shoulder pain and when I m stretching left hand it's paining. I gone to orthopaedic he advised me to xray and MRI but both are normal then doctor advised me to take advise from cardiologist for heart check up . I gone to cardiologist and he advised me go for 2D echo ,TMT and ECG but all are normal.this pain is from last 1 year . Kindly advise me what may be the issue ??
