I have back pain all time and this pain goes more when i sleep on bed or when sit on chair with back touch to chair. i have done mri and blood tests but everything is ok only the thing uric acid was high. i am on treatment but my full back has lot of pain so please help me what it can be. is is fibromyalgia or something else?
