Knee injury
I had a knee injury due to a fall 3 days ago. Doctor ruled out fracture as X-ray was OK. No ligament laxity noted. Still the area is swollen. I have been wearing immobiliser braces for the knee. I have problems bending the knee properly. Will physiotherapy help or do I need to rest more?

Dear Sir, Even without a injury to the knee ligaments and bone, there is usually blood collection in the joint, this causes swelling, so you should give yourself time to heal, continue brace with gentle exercises and this is to be continued till your become pain free.
