Spinal tuberculosis
I'm suffering from MDR spinal tuberculosis and on second line ATT for last three months .I was also on first line ATT from 14 Feb to 14 may 2018. Now, Pain has reduced but  still feeling mild pain while walking. I'm on bed rest for last three months which effected my job.MRI REPORT is showing no improvement, reduction in abcess from MRI done in February 2018. Will this disease requires surgery or can be managed through second line ATT MEDICINES. Can I join office as I'm on bed rest for 3 months. Currently ESR is 15 and CRP is 0.698.
