  4. Shoulder muscle. Pain by that moment.

I feel heavy pain in my right shoulder whenever I give little force ( Like when playing tennis or throwing ball with force ). I fell down 20 months back and by that time itself I taken every scan and told everything was fine but there is a sprain. But till now it did not get resolved and when I rotate my hand in some angles I could feel some muscle is moving and I get pain by that moment.
